All Domestic shipping (excluding Hawaii, Puerto Rico & Alaska) is free of charge with UPS Ground service. Overnight and 2nd day shipping is available for an additional fee once agreed upon. Orders may not be shipped to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. We ship internationally via FedEx.

We are not responsible for any payment of duties, taxes or fees assessed to international shipments. International orders may take up to one month to receive. Please order accordingly. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. All orders over $500 require a signature upon delivery. You are responsible to sign for your order upon delivery.  Please make sure you are available. If your order is sent back to GOUGASIAN by the shipping company for any reason, you will be required to pay for the re-shipment for your order.
