If you are having your item shipped to any New York State Based address, then yes. All
items being Shipped outside of New York State will not be taxed. If you are picking up from our New York City location, you will have to pay tax.

Yes. For a fee of $50, and the delivery address is in the Manhattan Borough of New
York City, we offere a msame day messenger service to your door.

Yes, we have a 0% interest financing available through affirm, once you choose the pay option at checkout, you will fill out some information about yourself & When you qualify, it is an equal payment system up to 12 months.

How can Insure my jewelry once it has been purchased?

All Items above $1500 will come with a signed appraisal certificate, you would need to
call your insurance company of choice to have your item insured. Our recommendation is going through Jewelers Mutual for insurance coverage.

How long does the custom order process usually take to complete?

Please allow between 4-6 weeks for a custom project to be fully completed. We take custom orders very seriously, and do not like to rush our jewelers in order to be able to deliver you our product with unmatched quality.
